I was able to wipe off some with a Lysol wipe. I’m sure the remainder will come off too. Otherwise in really good condition for being 36 years old! No structural issues, 3-ring binder works perfectly. hook & loop="loop" top fold over close to secure your documents. Standard size. Hard to find print!
