Über den Ärztlicher Bezirksverein Seeland
Der Ärztliche Bezirksverein Seeland ist eine standespolitische Organisation aller Ärzte der Region Biel/Seeland. Bezirksvereine sind ein Teil der kantonalen Ärztegesellschaft, welche ihrerseits Teil der schweizerischen Ärztegesellschaft FMH ist.
Der Ärztliche Bezirksverein Seeland setzt sich für den Zusammenschluss der praktizierenden Ärzte im Seeland ein. Er vertritt die Standesinteressen seiner Mitglieder gegenüber Politik und Öffentlichkeit und pflegt die Fortbildung, den fachlichen Austausch und die Kollegialität unter den Ärzten der Region Biel/Seeland.
Daneben ist der Ärztliche Bezirksverein insbesondere für die Organisation des allgemeinen Notfall- und Pikettdienstes der Region verantwortlich.
