Eight famous restaurants challenge a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with locally-produced wheat
"Japan Wheat Journey"
Held from May 8th (Thursday), 2025 to July 2nd (Wednesday)!
At the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, with the aim of expanding the demand and popularizing domestic wheat, the ramen project "Japan Wheat Journey" will be held from May 8th (Thursday) to July 2nd (Wednesday), 2025, to promote its appeal. In this event, the 8 restaurants currently in the museum will use domestic wheat harvested in their respective regions to develop original noodles. They will be offered as creative ramen dishes, changing weekly.
[Original Goods Present & Stamp Rally]
Everyone who eats ramen at each restaurant will receive a "Japan Wheat Journey Sticker."
Also, if you collect entire the exchange tickets that come with the stickers and attach them to the "participation form" distributed in the museum, and bring it to the Ramen Museum, you can exchange it for a "Japan Wheat Journey Tote Bag." Both are one-of-a-kind goods for this event, with the image of a large bag of wheat.
